What is the check-in and check-out time of my hotel?

The usual check-in and check-out time is 12 noon which is followed internationally. However several hotels follow a late check-out and early check-in routine. To be surer of your check-in and check-out time, it is advisable that you visit the hotel website and read through their specific times. You can also find in this information on the “How to Book” page of the hotel. For any more clarifications, you can call the hotel reservation desk at the contact number mentioned in your confirmation email. Note that Cheap-Hotels.com is olny comparing prices between other booking websites, and all your questions concerning the hotel has to be directed to our partner's customer service.

How can I request an early/late check-in or early/late check-out time?

If you wish to customize your check-in and check-out time as per your convenience, we recommend that you get in touch with the hotel directly using the contact details you will find in your confirmation email.

How do I find out if my hotel allows pets?

You can pre define your search by choosing the facilities you want. All you have to do simply click on the link "Show advanced options". Here you can refine your search by selecting options such “Pets allowed” etc. You can also browse through a specific Pets Policy on the hotel website for any more clarifications.

How do I know if the hotel has parking facilities?

All the facilities which you may require during your time of stay at the hotel will be pre informed to you. You can also find the details about parking facilities on the hotel's "Overview" page. If the information provided does not answer your queries, you may ask the hotel directly using the Comments/Questions field in the reservation form.

How do I find out if a hotel has a certain facility, e.g. a swimming pool/gym?

All facilities which come with your reservation will be mentioned in the confirmation mail sent to you. You can also check the "Hotel Facilities" section on the hotel's "Overview" page for further clarification.

I cannot see a certain facility listed on the hotel's pages on your website. How can I know if I can avail that facility like a Sauna/Steam?

We do not provide any additional information. Our information base is entirely dependent upon the information provided to us by the Hotel. Ideally you can confirm the facility by various sources. Firstly, all the facilities provided along with the reservation will be mentioned at the time of booking. Secondly after your reservation, all the facilities will be mentioned in your confirmation mail. Thirdly, you can browse the Hotel Website for clarification on any facility which you wish to look out for, and finally if you are still unable to locate it, you can directly call the reservation desk of that particular hotel and speak at the reception to clarify your doubt.

What do I do when I have a query about the room or hotel?

We encourage all your queries relating to anything connected to the reservation process. However if you are unable to find an answer to your question in the details provided by us, we advise you to enter your question in the Remarks/Questions field on the hotel reservation form (in English or the language of the hotel if possible). You can also contact the hotel using the contact details provided in the reservation confirmation email. Note that Cheap-Hotels.com is not responsible for the actual booking. The booking is made through one of our parter websites like hotels.com and priceline.com.

How do Cheap-hotels.com and my particular hotel guarantee my privacy?

The information you are requested to input while making a reservation is mandatory for processing of your hotel booking. We follow strict confidential laws and all your information is transferred via an encrypted channel that ensures privacy. We transmit information such as your credit card data only through safe, on the protected bank server (SSL Secure Server).

Can I book a shuttle service from the airport to my Hotel?

Yes you can, if your hotel provides a shuttle service. You can directly make a written request by sending an email to the hotel mentioning your pick up/ drop details. You can also contact your Hotel reception desk through phone mentioning the details of your pick up.
