What is the reservation/consultation fee?

Zero. There is absolutely no reservation/consultation charge. Our services are entirely free of cost and you do not pay out anything in any form to us. The only time you pay money shall be directly to your hotel where you will be making a reservation.

Are the rates on your website per person or per room?

All rates on our website are per room per night, unless stated otherwise.

Can I use discount vouchers (e.g. issued by magazines, shops, etc.)?

These discount vouchers will be specific to the organizations issuing them. You cannot use these promotional coupons at our website.

How many meals are included in my reservation?

You can check the facilities and any complimentary services offered to you through the details page while making a reservation at the hotel. You shall be provided with all sort of information prior to making a reservation so you know what you will be getting exactly. Usually hotels offer breakfast which is complimentary.

Does the final price I pay include the taxes?

Yes, the taxes will be added automatically to the invoice before you checkout. The taxes applied and the charges for the hotel will be clearly mentioned for your information. All of this information is unique to the room you book.

Do you offer any special discounts (for seniors, airlines employees, etc.)?

I can see a special price offer on your website for a particular hotel. Will this be the final price to be borne by me?

All information, pricing, special offers, etc. are supplied by the hotels themselves and can only be definite and established by the hotels. After you submit your booking request, you will receive an affirmation email from our booking partner in which the price of your booked stay will be specified. In the unlikely event of any discrepancies, you will be able to contact our booking partner or the hotel directly based on the contact information provided in the confirmation email.
