This hotel flawlessly suits those on a business trip as its lies close to the “loop” business district and caters extremely well to the 21st century traveler. For those on vacation, it has endless parks, museums, piers, aquariums, theaters and shopping streets all just 2 to 4 blocks away. It is less than a block from both the Red Line and Blue Line trains.

With a well trained amiable staff and some of the finest rooms in the region, this hotel is sure to give you a cozy and a tranquil ambiance in all of its 135 well appointed rooms. All the rooms have been beautifully decorated with elegant and lavish furnishings. Services like high-speed Internet access, weekday newspapers, irons and ironing boards, local calls, pay-per-view movies, laundry and safety box are all complimentary. The hotel provides delicious breakfast which is served complimentary to all the guests. And it doesn’t end there. They are kind enough to pack breakfast bags and a bottle of water for those in a hurry! Now which city hotel does that! However, the hotel has a “No smoking” and “No animals” policy which has been drafted over the years for being sensitive to all the esteemed guests at the hotel.

I arrived tired after spending most of my day at the airport. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with extremely friendly service that made me feel right at home! I was also very pleased with the room. The bed was very comfortable. The internet worked very well. The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the Loop (downtown).
